How It Works
Our Process
Inspection & Dusting
We thoroughly inspect your rug for damage, stains, and color fastness. Industrial dusting removes embedded dirt that vacuuming can't reach.
Deep Cleaning
Using methods appropriate for your rug's material—whether wool, silk, synthetic, or antique—we deep clean to remove dirt, allergens, and odors.
Stain Treatment
Stubborn stains receive targeted treatment with specialized solutions designed for specific stain types and rug materials.
Drying & Finishing
Your rug is carefully dried in a controlled environment, then groomed and finished to restore its original texture and appearance.
