How Washmix Works

Once your order is scheduled, you'll receive an automated text confirmation.

One of our professional drivers will pick up your items during your selected time window and deliver them to the washmix Facility for processing.

Not at all. Just leave your laundry or dry cleaning bags at your chosen drop-off location:

• Front door
• Garage
• Backyard or side gate
• Mailroom
• Trunk

You'll receive a text as soon as your pickup is completed and again once your order is delivered.

No need to sort! You can place all items in one bag — our team will handle the sorting by fabric type and service category (laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, delicates, etc.).

That said, it's helpful to use the Wash & Fold bag for casual laundry if you have one.

At the washmix Facility, your order goes through a multi-step care process:

• Items are inspected and sorted by fabric type and cleaning method
• Stains are pre-treated using professional tools and solvents
• Garments are cleaned, pressed, and packaged with care
• Delicates, leather, and specialty items receive custom handling
• Alterations and repairs are completed by skilled specialists

Yes. Items like silk, wool, leather, or gowns are flagged for specialized care.

Our team uses fabric-specific solvents, low-heat finishing, and extra handling to protect delicate textures, embellishments, and structure.
