How do season extensions work?

Extension seasons are charged at a flat rate with no membership discounts, and the later season costs more to reflect the added burden of long-term storage and to encourage timely retrieval.

You'll see the exact extension charge and confirm it when you choose to extend.

After the 4th season, the bundle is returned automatically and cannot be extended further
If the customer is unavailable or unresponsive, a 15-day notice will be issued via SMS and/or email, after which items may be donated, sold, or auctioned to recover costs

How are storage seasons and return dates determined?

Storage follows a fixed seasonal calendar, and your return date is anchored to the season's end date — not the day you dropped off:

Winter: Dec 1 – Mar 1
Spring: Mar 1 – Jun 1

Fees are not prorated. If your items are picked up partway through a season, the full seasonal fee applies and the return date stays anchored to that season's end. For example, items stored in mid-July still return at the end of summer (~Sep 1).

Picking up before a season begins may add a small early-storage fee for the extra pre-season time.

What if I want to store more than 25 garments?

Each bundle holds up to 25 garments. If you have more, additional bundles are created automatically, and each bundle has its own seasonal fee.

Final bundle and item counts are confirmed by our team during inspection.

The price shown when you schedule is an estimate. Your final invoice is confirmed after we inspect, count, and itemize your bundle.

The final total reflects the actual garment count, number of bundles, any required cleaning, specialty handling, and any early-intake or extension fees.

You'll always be able to review charges in your account.

What items can and can't be stored?

Please remove valuables (cash, jewelry, electronics, documents) before pickup — these are not covered while in storage.

Can I get my items back early, and is storage refundable?

Your items are stored in a controlled, labeled, and itemized environment, and we handle them with professional care.

Some natural changes can occur over time and are outside our control — such as gradual fading, fabric aging, oxidation, or the worsening of pre-existing wear or stains. These aren't covered.

Our liability for any stored item is limited as described in our Terms of Service (Section 15).

Please report any missing-item or damage concerns within 7 days of return delivery.

Will I be notified before my storage season ends?

Yes. As your storage term approaches its season-end date, we'll notify you by SMS and email so you can choose to accept the return of your bundle or extend it for another season.

If you request the return, your bundle is cleaned and prepared, then delivered back to you like a normal order. Retrieval can be started by you at any time, or it happens automatically at the end of your term.

If you take no action and do not extend, the standard end-of-term process applies (see "What happens if I don't retrieve my items?").

Your credit-back cycle is anchored to the date you activated Platinum. Every 3 months from that date, your credit-back is calculated and deposited as a single entry into your EasyPay wallet.

Example: If you upgraded to Platinum on February 1, your first credit-back is deposited on May 1, then August 1, November 1, and so on.

The credit-back is 10% of your eligible spend (after discount) during that 3-month period. Eligible spend includes service orders and Wash & Fold Subscription charges. Supplemental bags, package purchases, and no-show fees are excluded.

If you add a Subscription later: Your Subscription charges simply join the existing credit-back cycle. The payout date does not change.
